WPM Residents
West Park Manor has strong roots in the community of Charleswood. Throughout the years and generations, many community members have selected West Park Manor to be their destination of choice for a personal care home.
Our residents are admitted from a variety of settings that may include:
- house or apartments, often with Homecare support;
- Assisted Living or Supportive Housing facilities, needing the extra level of support and care that a personal care home can offer; and
- some transfer from another care facility, such as an interim care location or hospital environment.
In all settings, we work with the current care providers and Long-term Care supports to help transition the individual to our Home as smoothly and comfortably as possible.
